Meet Alannah.
Alannah Aiken is Mum, an ADHD coach and educator. It is her mission to empower late-diagnosed women to learn how to support their ADHD & energy, so they can live life feeling more calm & at ease after an ADHD diagnosis. She was diagnosed at 31 years old and understands the daily challenges that can come with with managing ADHD during motherhood.
Alannah coaches late diagnosed women & other young Mums through a holistic lens to ADHD management. She combines her passion, education and wisdom from her background degree in Teaching as well as studies in Yoga, Reiki Energy Healing & Personal Training.

I know the waitlists can be huge, so joining Calm the ADHD Storm will help to relieve some of the pressure by helping you to start moving forward whilst starting or considering the long ADHD diagnosis journey.

The calls vary between a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday at 12:00pm AEST. You will always have notice ahead of time. If you can’t make a call live, there will always be a replay and summary notes uploaded to our learning portal.
