Alannah Aiken is Mum, an ADHD coach, consultant and educator. It is her mission to empower people to understand & support their ADHD, so they can live feeling more calm & at ease. She was diagnosed at 31 years old and understands the daily challenges that can come with with ADHD.

Alannah coaches people through a holistic ADHD lens, combining her passion and knowledge in wellbeing from her background in Teaching and studies in Yoga, Meditation & Personal Training.
