Let me introduce myself.

Hey, I’m Alannah Aiken – your ADHD coach, guide, and fellow neurospicy legend.

I’m here to help you calm the ADHD storm and build a life that feels good, aligned, and truly yours.

Diagnosed in 2022, my own ADHD journey cracked open a lifetime of questions, struggles, and misunderstood chaos and finally offered clarity. Now, I support late-diagnosed women and parents of ADHD kids to navigate this new chapter with compassion, confidence, and ADHD-friendly strategies that actually work.

In this space, I wear a few hats: coach, educator, mentor, cheerleader. I’m on a mission to help you move from overwhelm and shame to clarity and empowerment. Together, we’ll ditch the unrealistic expectations, rewrite old narratives, and build a way forward that honours your energy, brain, and capacity.

This is a space where you’ll feel seen, heard, and deeply understood.

This is where we get to lead with self-compassion, not self-criticism.

I didn’t always know I had ADHD.

For most of my life, everything felt harder than it should’ve. I was constantly losing things, always running late, and stuck on a loop of forgetfulness, fatigue, and emotional overwhelm. I burned out in 2021 and stepped away from my teaching career, not knowing I was on the edge of a life-changing diagnosis.

Through my 20s, I was misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression - what I now understand were symptoms of undiagnosed ADHD and years of internalised shame. When the diagnosis finally came, it brought a strange mix of grief and relief. But mostly, it gave me language and validation for everything I’d been feeling for so long.

Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the world of ADHD - working with coaches, kinesiologists, naturopaths, and healers and eventually training as an ADHD coach myself. The goal? To guide others through the very transformation I went through.

What lights me up.

When I’m not coaching ADHD legends, you’ll find me chasing sunshine and soul nourishment. I have a baby, husband and love going to the beach together.

I’m a 3/5 Generator in Human Design, always following the spark - whether it’s waterskiing, camping, wakesurfing, or taking my little family on beach adventures.

I’m also a lifelong learner and personal development nerd - obsessed with all things ADHD, manifestation, mindset, business, spirituality, astrology, and the occasional rabbit hole I can’t stop researching.

My mission is to empower women and kids with ADHD to calm the ADHD storm and embrace their unique brains & energy.

I am here to empower late-diagnosed women and parents of ADHD kids to calm the chaos, embrace their unique brains and energy, and build a life that actually works for them - one rooted in self-trust, clarity, and compassion.

Through coaching, education, and community, I help you rewrite the narrative of ADHD from shame and struggle to self-awareness and strength, so you can stop just surviving and start living in alignment with who you truly are.
